This Brazil trip (December 28, 2026 Departure) takes place during a peak travel period. Modified cancellation and refund terms apply — please review carefully before booking.
Bookings for this trip close on June 1, 2026.
Deposit: Refundable within 7 days of your booking date. After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Remaining Payments or Full Payment Option: Each guest has 45 days from their initial booking date to cancel and receive a refund on payments made. After 45 days, all payments made to date are non-refundable. Cancellation at any point will stop future payment obligations, but no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid past the 45-day window.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. By completing a booking, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the refund terms applicable to this trip. Wanderlush shall not be responsible for any additional losses incurred due to stricter policies associated with peak travel periods or special events.
Participants may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the State of New York, which Wanderlush will honor as required by law.
